FebrUARY 2024

Sometimes we need to prioritize loving care for ourselves in order to have what it takes to give love and care to others. This can look like putting on your jammies at 6PM and having tea and chocolate in bed, or being super organized and getting your taxes done early. Maybe it's scheduling a healing session for yourself. Whatever it is, do more of THAT. The more love and care we give ourselves, the more we can put it out into the world.

Make this a month all about self care.

Pamper Yourself.

Go Deeper.

Relax.

Heal.

Need self care ideas? Here are a few things you can do:

Self Care idea #1:

Join me and Emily Blossoms, of Hampton Park Healing Collective, for the Meridian Resonance (click for more info).

Meridian Resonance is a deeply transformative, relaxing, healing experience including a mini Esoteric Acupuncture treatment and a beautiful Soundbath. The acupuncture is accompanied by gentle meditative visualizations that will help you open your Heart, while higher sound frequencies move through your body, soothing and activating your entire being.

Come relax with us for 90 minutes. Lay down and let the healing wash over you. You can release the outside world and find that place of peace and stillness within.

As a gift, we will be offering Vegan Cacao Sipping Chocolate (click to see recipe). Please come a few minutes early so you can sit and savor the moment with this treat.

Yoga mat and blankets will be provided.

Register for Meridian Resonance

Self Care Idea #2:

Self Care Idea #3:

Sip Some Cacao...

Cacao is the Mother of all things Chocolate, but without the inflammatory sugar! It is an antioxidant, and is bitter and opening to the Heart. It helps drain Fire and clear away Qi blockages that lead to stress, anxiety, and depression. Enjoy it before a meditation or yoga class, or in front of a fire with a good book. Let it be YOUR time, breathe deeply, and savor it!

Check out my Vegan Cacao Sipping Chocolate Recipe, and be on the lookout for more upcoming healing events with Cacao in the future!
