Spring Is Here!

We hope everyone had a great spring break. Classes resume Monday April 3rd.

Costumes will go home this coming week for all dancers. Please follow the costume instructions that come with your costume. Please note: these costumes cannot be replaced if they are lost or damaged. Please ensure they are hung up/stored away from pets and not used for play or dress-up until after recital.

We’d like to take a moment to wish all the best to our Performance Team dancers who will be competing this week at Candance Competition. After a great start at On The Floor in March, we can’t wait to see our team up on the competition stage again this week.

Picture Week

Dance pictures will be taken during regular class time from April 17-22. Dancers should come to class with their costumes on and hair and makeup done according to the note attached to their costume. Dancers will not have regular classes after their photo is taken and will be dismissed once their photo session is complete.

Photos will be uploaded for preview and available to order 2 weeks following picture day. Order information will be sent out once photos are ready to order.

Recital - SHINE 2023

Save the date for SHINE 2023!

Recital Rehearsal: Saturday June 10, 2023 at 9:30am. Location: Seven Oaks Performing Arts Centre.

Recital Show: Saturday June 10, 2023 at 5:30pm (dancers should arrive at 4:30pm) Location: Seven Oaks Performing Arts Centre.

Tickets for Shine 2023 cost $25 each and will go on sale in the studio office on Saturday May 13, 2023 at 10:00am. All people in attendance require a ticket for admission (children included).

Time To Shine
Dance Scholarship

Apply today for our 2023-24 community dance scholarship: Time to Shine.

This scholarship aims to provide additional dance opportunities for dancers living in Winnipeg’s northwest and nearby neighbourhoods.

On top of access to dance classes, the scholarship will connect dancers with their peers and provide mentorship, in an environment that nurtures self-confidence, community involvement, and leadership.
