SECOND SATURDAY WORK PARTIES ARE BACK |
|
|
As Spring approaches and our COVID safety precautions become routine, we welcome volunteers to join us from 9-12 on second Saturdays to get some air and exercise, enjoy spontaneous teamwork, learn new farming techniques, feed the sheep and chickens, and harvest some vegetables to take home. Here Farm Manager Shane Lovell sets up visitors to plant strawberries and asparagus and to prepare wood chips to load into our second fungal biodigester. Check our Instagram for announcements of additional work days. |
