Falcon Pointe COVID-19 Update

The Falcon Pointe Board wants all residents to remain safe during this difficult time. We, too, want to do our part and limit the spread of COVID-19, the board has approved and will implement the following:

 

  1. All HOA sponsored events have been canceled.
  2. Policy Update to Clubhouse (including Common areas). Board approved the following policy updates effective 3/16/2020. Residents that have reserved the clubhouse are required to follow the policy. Failure to adhere to this policy can have an impact on our residents/guests and the surrounding areas.
    1. Per CDC guidelines on March 16, 2020, for the next 8 weeks, limit mass gatherings to 50 or fewer people. The White House amended that recommendation to 10 people per gathering.
    2. All Residents must follow the CDC's recommended protocols for sanitizing hard surfaces BEFORE and AFTER your event.
    3. Residents will need to bring their own cleaning supplies to complete the sanitization procedure.

 

Following these procedures before and after your event helps ensure everyone's safety. As some of our neighbors are more susceptible to viruses than others, and even though you have no symptoms, you can be a carrier.
