Early Bird Registration Fee Deadline is June 1 for the Webelos / AOL Weekend
 
Save $25 and register before June 1 for this AWESOME summer program.  Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts will get their first taste of Canyon Camp as they adventure Into the Wild this July!  The program is nearly 50% filled for this best in class July 29-31 overnight camp. Join us for two nights of camping with awesome programs designed for older Cub Scouts at the lowest price you'll find this summer.

Be Prepared: Summer Camp 2022

Camp is right around the corner.  Be sure you and your unit does everything that you can to "Be Prepared" as we all embark on a journey to "Try Something New in 2022!" 
 
Week 1 begins in fewer than 45 days!  Be sure your unit is prepared with roster updates, signing up for program areas, getting your medical forms signed, and looking over the menu for your week at camp.

Has your unit registered for merit badges yet?  Be sure to have your Scouts sign-up by the preferred deadline of June 1. 
 
Do you have Scouts with Dietary needs?  Be sure to update this information in Doubleknot or on this survey. 
 
We are finalizing details for this summer and already setting our sights on 2023...  Be Prepared to roll your deposit over to next season as we expect to fill weeks FAST again next year.  New units can share their interest in 2023 today here. See you soon at Canyon Camp!

Cub Scout Camperships Extended to May 20

Is your son or daughter considering the Webelos/AOL camp at Canyon Camp?  Are you a member of the Blackhawk Area Council?  Could you use a few dollars to make camp more affordable this summer? The BAC Camping Committee extended the Cub Scout deadline to May 20 for families like yours.
 
Camperships are Camp Scholarships for Scouts attending BAC camps this summer.  At Canyon Camp, this is an opportunity for you to apply for up to 50% of camp fees for Webelos Weekend.  register for the event and apply today!

More than 75 Volunteers Gather for Annual Kiwanis Work Weekend 
 

 
A beautiful weekend with a LOT of meaningful work accomplished.  More than 75 volunteers came together to open camp for the summer season, complete important long-term projects, and enjoy fellowship with one another.
