Greetings Everyone! August is now upon us. For many, time has felt very different in the last few months then in other times in their lives. As COVID-19 continues to impact all our lives, our mental health continues to be put to the test. It is important, more than ever, to continue to put conscious attention towards your self care. If you need a break, take one. Remember to get fresh air and sunlight. Stay hydrated. Put things into your schedule that are fun and that you can look forward to doing. In short, remember to do all the things you would normally do to take care of your mind and body. Take conscious care. All the best, Melanie Gonzalez, LMFT |
