Design Guidelines Update

The Eagle Ranch Design & Review Board approved an update to the Design Guidelines at its August 15, 2024 meeting. The update to the guidelines included:

• Updating of conflicting language between the Design Guidelines and the Eagle Ranch PUD.

• Consolidating the six (6) individual neighborhood guidelines into one document. Reducing the total pages from 315 to 110.

• Landscape design changes were made to incorporate allowance for wildfire risk reduction, recommended plants list, and removal of Juniper & Pinion Pines from the recommended planting list.

The Guidelines were provided to the Town of Eagle for their review to ensure no change made would conflict with the Town's updated design guidelines. Once this review is complete, an application will be submitted to the Town to complete the process of removing conflicting information from the PUD document.

Eagle Ranch Board Openings

Applications are now being accepted for appointment to the Eagle Ranch Design Review Board and the Wildlife Committee. Three positions are available on the Design Review Board; 1) Two-Full Member Appointments; 2) One-Alternate Member Appointment. One position is available on the Wildlife Committee. Applications will be accepted through October 31, and can be found here:

In-person interviews will be held during the next Regular Meeting of the Eagle Ranch Executive Board on November 20, 2024.

Executive Board Openings: One Residential Director and one Commercial Director will be elected at the upcoming Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 11. More information will be distributed in October including an official candidate form to express your interest in running for one of these positions.
