Mark and Julie had a really good trip. They flew into India and spent time with several key people from our projects in North India. ‘Starbucks’ has arrived in Dehradun, with lots of outdoor seating, so a perfect place to meet with some of our projects. |

Parvind, one of Devraj’s lads, wants to train in Hotel Management; Mark asked the Hotel Manager of the Hotel we were staying at if he could be given a tour of the Hotel. He had a good time and learnt a lot on his short visit. |

Mark and Julie then flew to Bangladesh, to see the Nizhum family. Everyone was well, and ALL are growing up so fast. It was so good to see them off to school each morning as well as seeing them all around their large table. It’s at the centre of all they do, their quiet times, homework, fun games and ‘just’ chatting! |

Mark and Julie also spent time with the staff and some of the children from both Immanuel and Jehova Schools, as they were bused in to see us. They all had a lovely time, with lots of fun games before a good lunch. To see them in person, rather than on WhatsApp, was great, as well as to hear them chatting, was awesome! |

PS... Mark is planning a walk to raise funds for Further Education, as a lot of the House of Hope families are starting college and training. The walk will be on May 22nd – 27th . ‘Walking with Dinosaurs’...come and join us, for 1⁄2 an hour, an hour, full day, or even longer!
