Hello, Friends!

PIONEERING AGAIN!

It’s such a pleasure to share with you our first ministry update newsletter.

First of all, I want to say that 2022 has been by far the most difficult and darkest season of our lives. I’ve learned some extremely painful, however deeply valuable lessons, about myself, about trusting God and his purposes, and about others. I want you to know that Kerri and I are operating under spiritual oversight and we are now pressing “... on towards the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Messiah Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14) We are looking forward to this new, fresh season, a new wineskin for the new wine of the revelation, message and mission God has entrusted to us to both preach and establish.

We are very thankful to our apostolic elders who continue to provide wisdom, strength and counsel.

We are walking with Pastor Stovall and Kerri as they walk through this valley of the shadow of death. Their acceptance and response to Spiritual Oversight and counsel with their legal team, reveals they are ready to move forward in response to the Lord’s leading in their life.

Dr. Raleigh Washington on behalf of the Spiritual Oversight team

We want you to know we are pioneering once again and look forward to what God has in store for all of us in this new season. We are “... looking for a city whose builder and maker is God.” (Hebrews 11:10). So what does this  practically look like according to the scriptures in the Lord’s “ecclesia?”  Well, you will need to attend one of our info and ministry gatherings to find out!

We want to thank you for your belief in us and God’s calling on our lives. We also thank you for your love and patience, and especially your prayers. Many of you have been reaching out to us and have been waiting for this day, just as we have. We know you have many questions and are ready to pioneer with us and get things moving!

We will sharing live about what’s next and how you can be involved at our first online informational gathering and ministry event on Monday, July 25th at 7:00pm. This will mark the first of several rsvp online gatherings, where I will be speaking and answering questions, and you will also have the opportunity to get involved with different ministry teams and leadership opportunities.

These gatherings are intended to be informal and at an appropriate size to allow time for some questions and interaction. To make this possible, we are limiting these initial meetings to groups of no more than 200 participants. You can RSVP below to reserve your spot in one of these first two meetings scheduled. We will be scheduling additional gathering times through out the month of August as needed.

As many of you know, we are involved in ongoing litigation with our former church, Celebration Church of Jacksonville. That dispute is playing itself out publicly in court because we were defamed publicly on Celebration Church’s website, after we had already parted ways with the church we founded over two decades ago.

We took appropriate legal action to bring order to what was a very chaotic and lawless situation and begin to “do justice” as scripture says (Exodus 23:1-3 and 6-8: Malachi 6:8) by holding people accountable for their actions. Our lawsuit, which can be found here, explains in detail how and why a so-called “investigative report” posted on Celebration Church’s website is false and defamatory.  If anyone has questions about what happened to us, our lawsuit is the best place to find the truth.

Some people have asked why we are proceeding through the courts to resolve this dispute. One reason is simple: our adversaries attacked us publicly by falsely accusing us of violating secular laws and should therefore have to answer publicly for the consequences of their actions. This is not a simple dispute between believers that ordinarily would be resolved as envisioned in 1 Corinthians 6.

One would think that after posting such serious accusations about us on it's website, Celebration Church would be eager to back them up publicly as well. However, it does not want the truth tested in the light and, despite casting the first stone, is fighting in court to keep the truth hidden behind the secrecy of ecclesiastical arbitration. Hopefully, you can see why we believe this legal maneuvering is unfair and unjust.

We anticipate that the legal battle over Celebration Church’s attempt to force our claims to be arbitrated in secrecy will be long, drawn out, and possibly involve appeals. However, we will not waiver in our commitment to the truth and justice, and we have faith that we will eventually be able to make our accusers stand trial to answer for their actions.

Wednesday, July 27 I will begin releasing the first of a series of weekly podcasts featuring interviews and discussions with pastors and special guests from around the world. We will talk about what’s ahead for the “Big C” church in this new Kingdom season as well as numerous other topics. Don’t miss the first one! It’s going to be good.

We will begin broadcasting messages on Sunday, July 24th, at 9:00 am!

I’m really looking forward to sharing my first message of this year. We will announce the available online platforms next week.

Join us on a tour through the Holy Land where Pastor Stovall will be teaching daily as we gain a deeper understanding of the family of Yahweh and His sacred land. We will have the privilege of participating in some amazing and powerful worship events, with special guests, including Israeli worship leaders and congregational leaders from both Arab and Jewish congregations. There is nothing like worshiping King Jesus in His “homebase” - the very place where He will return and establish His Kingdom.

Space for this event is limited. If you are interested in learning more, please follow this link: stovallweemsministries.com/holylandexperience

HOLY LAND EXPERIENCE

We are so appreciative of your patience, love and prayers. Many of you indicated that you would like to partner with us financially by giving your tithes and offerings. We are so thankful and we want you to know that our ministry will always have an open, transparent operating policy. Those who regularly tithe and financially contribute, will be able to see reports of where the church’s finances and resources are being allocated. The church’s financial operations will be handled by mature and highly experienced personnel who will provide Kerri and I with reports of all financial transactions occurring in the ministry. Our CFO, Connie Mussels Jerozal, brings over 30 years of professional audit and business experience and will ensure we are kept well informed on a regular basis.
