Annual Meeting November 4th

Greetings CCCHS!

Thanks to all who attended our annual Lunch with Legislators on October 7th! It was great to be able to continue this event in a virtual format. We are so thankful for all who attended and submitted questions to contribute to the incredibly valuable discussion. We also want to send a huge thank you to Commissioner Mark Higgins and State Representative Rich Irvin for their participation.

Our annual Delegate Assembly will be held on November 4th at 12pm via Zoom. We encourage all agency delegates to attend. We also encourage all attendees to use video so we can see everyone when items are voted on.

We look forward to seeing you all and planning for the upcoming year!

Turkey & All the Fixings for Families in Centre County

Register by November 6

The State College Food Bank, the State College Area School District (SCASD), and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank want to ensure that Centre County families have the food that they need for a great Thanksgiving meal. They will be distributing turkeys and groceries for a Thanksgiving feast on Tuesday, November 17.

The State College Food Bank serves many area families, and they are already signed up to receive food for their Thanksgiving feast. The Thanksgiving distribution that is being coordinated by SCASD is for individuals and families in Centre County who are not typically clients of the State College Food Bank but could use a little extra help this holiday.

If your family would like to take advantage of this program, please register to reserve your Thanksgiving supplies by November 6, 2020

Pick up will be on November 17, from 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM, at the SCASD North/Delta Building, 653 Westerly Parkway, State College.
