Our Mission: 
The Rupert J. Smith Law Library of St. Lucie County Florida strives to provide equal access to the courts through a strong collection of legal materials in print and electronic format to better serve all of the residents, bar and judiciary of St. Lucie County. The library staff endeavors to assist all patrons in using the collection effectively.

Class Actions Filter in Litigation Analytics

You can now filter out, or only view class action data in your Litigation Analytics search results on Westlaw Edge.

Once you run a search, from the motions tab click the advanced filtering button found below your standard category filters on the left.

Select whether to show, hide, or show only class actions in your search results and click save.

The library is open during regular hours for the full month of August. We will be closed in September for Labor Day on 9/4 and for Yom Kippur on 9/25.

 

Hours:

Ft Pierce open Mondays through Thursdays 9-5 and Fridays 9-12

PSL open Wednesdays 10-2

Meetings of the library Board of Trustees are being held both in person and online via Zoom. 

If you would like to attend in person, please join us in the large conference room at the Ft. Pierce library location.

September 8th - 2:00 pm

This meeting will include a vote on the proposed 2023-2024 library budget.
