HORMONE YOGA FOR WOMEN
Saturday, October 22nd - 13:30-17:30
Hormone Yoga helps to reactivate hormone levels and to effectively prevent or eliminate the symptoms of menopause. It also benefits those women suffering from hormonal disorders (PMS, irregular periods, polycystic ovary, thyroid imbalance) and those who have difficulties getting pregnant due to low hormone levels. During the workshop you will learn the sequence created by Dinah Rodrigues which you'll then be able to practice on your own.

YOGA FOR BETTER SLEEP
Thursday, November 24th - 19:00-21:00
In this workshop we will practice restorative yoga poses that help improving sleep and we'll finish with a long yoga nidra session. You'll also receive many tips for preparing for a restful night.
