Lake swimming season is over 😭…. It’s always a hard transition for me.
I’m sorta depressed for about a week after my last outdoor swim.
Thank goodness the Vernon Aquatic Center has the Vernon Masters Swim Club to keep me in shape throughout the Winter. Reach out to me if you're interested in swimming, would love to have you join us!
The bright side is that we are now into some really good mountain biking weather!
We are incredibly fortunate to have a ton of trails in Vernon BC.
Nothing beats a clear crisp days on trails that are no longer dusty!🚴♂️
Very exciting that Silver Star is now getting snow — ski season is just around the corner folks!
And of course, Real Estate, my other passion.
I especially love helping people get in and out of property successfully.
It continues to be a strong market for Sellers.
The average house price has increased slightly again.
Judging from my experience and the stats, it does feel like there is less competition/multiple bids going in, which indicates opportunities are out there for Buyers.
I’m encouraging my Buyer clients to make their offers, regardless of who is competing for the property, don’t be scared.
Make the offer that you are comfortable making — you just might get the house you like.
