Happy Autumn everyone - for all my northern hemisphere friends! And happy Spring for our southern hemisphere friends. Here in Canada, September always feels like a new beginning, not just seasonally, but because it’s the start of the school year. It’s been decades since I’ve been in traditional school, but the feeling persists. Is it because we are so conditioned, or is it because this is a genuine new beginning I ask myself? Shortly after the Autumn Equinox on September 22 is Halloween, which was the old Celtic New Year, the end of summer and harvest season. For me, I’ve decided it’s a new beginning. Last year at this time, it was a new start for me and my parents, they moved to my city, we were embarking on a new adventure and change. Change we couldn’t have fathomed that came about. But that’s life and the human experience.This year, I’ve decided it’s a new start for me personally, a time for me to re-focus and re-apply myself to my work and my purpose. I have a tendency to fall into procrastination and distraction to ‘more fun’ activities, this summer being a prime example. And while I had fun, I feel like it’s time to get that perseverance and discipline in place once again. (As my own Angel team lovingly repeat themselves to me.) They foster balance always - enjoyment and relaxation as well as commitment and effort. So I’m back on track at the start of this new season.

This is a SAVE-THE-DATE notice for an upcoming retreat I'm hosting locally. Once the details are finalized, it will be open for booking.

I was guided to create an event to give people space to really discover who they are, and what they are capable of. We are such powerful beings but a lot of that has been buried from life circumstances. So clearing will be a big part of our time together, as well as connecting with your highest self consciousness and being taught to keep that line of communication always open. You'll also connect with your personal Guardian Angels and Guides who are your champions, and are in constant contact with your highest self. You're the CEO, managing this team of beings dedicated and working for you during this lifetime.There will also be fun activities such as; yoga, massage, nature walks, bonfires, psychic readings, spare time, 5 star food and accommodation, all amidst the mountain and lake splendour of the Okanagan Valley.
