Sabot Consulting and the Criminal Justice Compliance Practice would like to introduce the newest director, Reginald (Reggie) Sakamoto. Reggie comes to Sabot with a dynamic and proven history of providing top tier leadership and consulting within the federal government law enforcement environment.  He is adept at solving any detention, alternative compliance, and accreditation concerns. He is an expert in detention requirements and operations with proven 1000+ bed facility activations for all population types and security levels under contract with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Reggie has served as a government subject matter expert for several litigation cases as well as appearing before congressional delegates on immigration detention matters. 

Under Reggie’s direction, Sabot’s Criminal Justice Compliance Practice will leverage our company portfolio, tools, and experience to support our clients in their detention missions world-wide. Aside from ensuring our highly experienced team is flexible, fast, and can deliver expert advice, testimony, and training.   In every endeavor, we provide independent thinking and honest advice to deliver the best in industry practice. Sabot’s Non-Employee Recruitment Program (NERP) was developed to reward the recruitment efforts of all non-employees. Current IV&V Opportunity: Sabot is seeking an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Consultant. The IV&V Consultant participates in, or leads a team, conducting oversight and assessment activities for large-scale software development projects. The IV&V Consultant must be knowledgeable and practiced in all aspects of information technology system development life cycle (SDLC) processes.  The IV&V Consultant interacts with multiple technical and business stakeholders and supports the client in assuring the successful outcome of the systems development/implementation life cycle.
