FOURTH OF JULY PET SAFETY TIPS More pets run away on the Fourth of July than on any other day of the year. July 5th is the busiest day of the year for animal shelters nationwide. Fireworks scare pets! Here is how to help: |
(1) Ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise during the day before the fireworks begin (2) Make sure your dog has a collar and ID tag, and make sure their GPS Pet Tracker is fully charged (3) Provide a safe place for them to retreat like their crate or bed and check on them every few hours (4) Keep your pet indoors, lower blinds and close the windows so they won't be frightened by the noise and bright lights |

Carol Burton started in this industry in 1990 and she joined EPI in 2005. In her early years at EPI, Carol was our Office Manager/Receptionist and her primary responsibilities included processing well permits and mark outs. Due to Carol's professional growth, her overall commitment to excellence and her exceptional customer service, her role has expanded to include project management. Carol is responsible for most everything to do with making sure our projects runs smoothly. She's the first voice you'll hear and she's our "bird dog" when collecting information to ensure the projects kick off on time. She is also our bookkeeper, client module administrator and an occasional shoulder to cry on. Our clients always rely on Carol when they need something ASAP (and she never disappoints). Whether you need something tricky or need it fast, Mrs. Burton is the lady to call! |

We have had the pleasure of visiting several client sites and educating over one hundred people these past few months on the benefits and uses of line tracing, EM tracing and GPR equipment (ground penetrating radar). In these demonstrations, Paul, our geophysicist, explains how these services can SAVE MONEY, REDUCE RISK and provide QUALITY ASSURANCE. |
"During a recent presentation, EPI's Geophysics Manager, Paul did a great job explaining and demonstrating how EPI can benefit clients and property owners avoid the awful experience of striking, and likely damaging, buried utilities. Until you have lived through this situation, you couldn't imagine how dangerous, stressful and time consuming it is!" |
During our presentations, Professor McLeod teaches a few tricks and he also shows how we can locate UST's, most subsurface features and also visualize geological anomalies that will no doubt add value to your projects. We would love to show off our state of the art GPR, line tracing and EM equipment and who doesn't like a free lunch! |
