Recognize the season for You!

Well, I'm back in Tennessee, US for now!

While I was in Toronto my mother kept asking me why I was on the computer or the phone so much and what is there for me to study again. I was a little offended because I was busy mentoring some of my overseas friends, pastors, and church elders that I had met in my travels; as well as taking care of her. This is not unusual for people to ask this question when you are at home all day. To the world and some Christians, it seems I'm wasting time but God is always giving us mini-assignments here and there to sharpen our skills of bearing fruit,(Fruit of the Spirit) and being the fragrance of Christ to God to those around us. Gal 3:22-23,  2Cor 2:14-15 

We have to have the understanding of our times (individually) to know what we ought to do, recognizing God footsteps ahead of us, like the men of Issachar 1Chron 12:32 Despite how it looks to others, we are "always bearing in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body" 2Cor 4:10, therefore, we study to know Him more just as we eat to live daily. Whether through His word, mentoring, discipleship or just in our daily walk, every action is an opportunity to magnify the Lord Jesus. Whatever we desire to do in the Kingdom is from God and we can do it well, only in His strength because "our sufficiency is from God" 2Cor 3:4-6 

With the technology we have today the Kingdom can be expanded, even from home. I'm still the happiest when I'm out in the field (overseas) face to face with people, to see the physical, emotional and spiritual changes.

The God View

We want God's best, therefore we do God's best! "We believe therefore we speak" 2Cor.4:13b 

My Volunteer assignment with the Organization (Peer Servant) that help orphanages, schools, micro-entrepreneurs and micro-finance organizations in Asia, Africa, South America and Europe will be ongoing. I am assigned to help the Asia teams, namely the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and India, with the required help requested by the organizations in these countries.

Asia Assistant Requirements

There will be hands-on training, assessment and/or workshops in at least 3 onsite visits in 2019, namely to Sri Lanka, Philippines, and India. Accepting donations now!

The topics will include: 

how to evangelize effectively to entrepreneurs and loan recipients, 

prayer group facilitators and guidelines, 

leadership, management succession, and staff development procedures.

In the Philippines we will be doing more training on management of churches as they plant churches, even to help in the establishment of schools for those children that are on the streets

 Elementary Teachers [This is the greatest need.  For six grades, they have only three teachers for next year!!!]
