The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program® is a non-profit organization, funded by the Newfoundland and Labrador Dept. of Education. Mother-Goose is a group experience for parents and their babies and young children which focuses on the pleasure and power of using rhymes, songs, and stories together. There is emphasis on nurturing the positive interaction between parent and child using touching, tickling and cuddling. Each group meets with two facilitators once a week for one hour. Programs are currently facilitated in St. John's, Torbay, and CBS region. There is no cost for families to register. For current information on programming, please email: info@mothergoosenl.ca | | |
