Second Gulch - Open Space Management Plan The Eagle Open Space and Trails Master Plan was completed in 2022 and identified management planning as a high priority. The Town has contracted ERO Resources (ERO) to analyze existing conditions and provide recommendations for management strategies. As part of this process, the Town needs your input around natural resource and recreation management options related to Town of Eagle open space. Draft management plans will be available for public review in September with a public open house to follow. Join the Conversation - Board Openings The Design Review Board and Eagle Ranch Wildlife Committee are adopting new Roles & Responsibilities that will be presented to the Executive Board at their August 16 regular meeting. These new documents outline how members are appointed to serve, and the duration of time that they may serve before having to apply for reappointment. These new guidelines provide community members and professionals an opportunity to participate on Eagle Ranch Boards. Applications for these openings will be available, on our website, at the end of August. Members will be appointed/reappointed to the respective boards at the last regular meeting of the Executive Board for terms to begin in January of the following year. |

Vacant Lot Mowing The Eagle Ranch Association is continuing the lot mowing program this year. This effort will remove the old/dead growth and improve fire mitigation. The process will also reduce noxious weeds, encourage desirable vegetation and discourage ground squirrel populations. If you own a vacant lot that is mostly grass covered (not sagebrush) in Filings 1, 3, 4, 8, 14, 21, and 22, you are asked to mow your lot between August 1 and August 13 this year. If you do not mow your lot during that time, the Association will have its contractor mow it for $165 per lot. If you choose to have the association mow your lot, please complete the form below and submit it to the association by August 9, 2023, to ensure your address is provided to our contractor.
