The Falcon Pointe HOA Board and Pool Committee is happy to announce that the Falcon Pointe pool will have an early season OPEN DATE starting Saturday, May 15, 2021, and run through Sunday, September 12, 2021. (visit our website for more information)
The Board and Pool Committee members wanted to continue to ensure we exceed expectations related to the guidelines and regulations set forth by Knox County and the Knox County Health Department.
Please help ensure we have a successful pool season as the pool is the property of all residents of Falcon Pointe. Each resident has a responsibility to ensure that all rules, guidelines, and regulations are being followed.
NOTE: Ensure you are in good standing with your financial obligations (assessments/fines/fees). Only residents in good standing will have their key fob activated and ready for use on opening day. Please reach out to Fennell Property Management (andy@fennellpm.com) to discuss your account.
