    What is the time frame if we need to schedule a disinfection?

    We ask customers to provide at least one (1) day’s notice, however we are available 24/7 for emergencies and are often able to accommodate same-day or evening disinfecting. 

    How soon can we return to the property after a disinfection?

    Since our products are non-toxic and eco-friendly, you will be able to return back to your home or business immediately following a disinfection. 

    Is it safe for my pets?

    Yes. The time frame for pets to return to the premises is the same for human beings. You and your pets can return to the residence immediately following a disinfection. Our products are non-toxic and safe for humans, pets, and the environment so there is no extended period of time you are required to stay away from the premises. 

    How long will it protect against Coronavirus?

    Our disinfection service kills any existing presence of Coronavirus. If an infected person(s) re-enters the premises, it is possible that recontamination can occur. There is currently no EPA-registered disinfectant with a continuous kill claim. However, we provide discounted daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly treatment options for at-risk or high traffic environments to help minimize the chance of viral spread.

    What disinfectant do you use?

    We apply Vital Oxide Disinfectant with our Electrostatic sprayer. Vital Oxide is an EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant proven to kill 99.999% of a broad spectrum of harmful bacteria including MRSA, Salmonella, E. coli and many viruses such as H1N1, Norovirus, etc., Vital Oxide helps prevent the formation of mutating “superbugs” by killing more microorganisms than other products. It also inhibits and keeps mold and mildew from growing for up to 4 weeks. It can also be used in HVAC and air ducts for antimicrobial control, including bacteria, mold, mildew and other fungi, leaving the HVAC systems and air ducts free of microbial contamination and ensuring air quality.

    Vital Oxide is considered non-hazardous by OSHA, is non-toxic, non-corrosive, will not bleach surfaces to which it is applied. Vital Oxide also contains no VOC’s and does not irritate skin or the respiratory tract and has HMIS ratings of 0.
