Located near the parking lot of St Thomas Episcopal Church in Alton, 322 Church St, Wood River Junction, RI 02894, our Caring Closet is a mini-pantry of non-perishable food items, some personal care items and cleaning products. It is accessible to all during daylight hours.
While you won't be able to replace a full shopping trip with the items inside, hopefully, you'll be able to fill some gaps and save a little money for where it's needed. If you wish to help keep the closet well-stocked, you are welcome to stop by and add a few items any time! |

The Chariho Youth Task Force was founded over 13 years ago by Chariho Middle School students and is now a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization doing work across our community to improve health and wellness. Our mission is to educate, empower, and engage youth and adults in order to create a sense of community, to promote wellness, and to sustain opportunity for Chariho voices to be heard. We envision a society driven toward physical and mental well-being created through collaboration, education, and activism to promote a positive community climate. |
