The Board has approved much needed repairs on the water plant. These repairs will begin around January 15 and are scheduled for completion by March 31. During that period, the campground will be closed to overnight stays. Member will be permitted to visit their sites during the day. Further, the Rec Hall bathroom will be open during the day for the staff and visitors.

There has been a lot of discussion about why the campground must be closed at night. There are a number of reasons, but the most convincing argument is that DEP has guidelines for this situation, and we must adhere to those guidelines.

Every month the Board receives and approves a set of statements detailing the financial status of the Association. These statements are available to any member upon request, and they are now being presented on a page in the Members Only section of the website.

The Board anticipates changing the format of the statements in the coming months. Once the new format is finalized, documentation describing the new format will be prepared.

At October's Board meeting there were motions approved to adopt changes to the Rules & Policies. First, gazebo's size has been changed to be 144 square feet rather than just a 12' x 12' square. Second, there is a clarification on hearings. An updated version of the Rules & Policies is available.
