This month, we bring you tenant announcements and construction updates, as well an overview on future artist collaboration.

Leasing

New tenant alert!

We are excited to announce that SoMo Walls received deposits from 3 more locally owned businesses. We are not yet revealing the names of each business; however, the owners gave us permission to disclose the concepts. We are excited to on-board a Pizza Bar, a Restaurant with a fusion cuisine and a hospitality centric Distillery! More information and visuals coming soon on each of these concepts in the upcoming months.

Shifting Gears  

Construction is going well, and we are making great progress every day!

After clearing and grading the land, site infrastructure is the focus of construction. This includes the construction of an underground stormwater system, as well as the preparation and installation of underground electric, sewer, and gas services.

Walls Art Collaborative 

Our next step in construction: the art walls!

It will not be long before we start constructing the walls on site. When construction of the walls begins, we will meet one on one with local artists who will have the opportunity to pitch their mural concepts and designs to our team. As time progresses, we will select a final group of artists to bring our space to life.
