Disney's Magical Express®

Disney's Magical Express® service offers complimentary motorcoach transportation to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO) for Disney resort hotel guests. Once your airline tickets are purchased, you may book the service by calling (407) 827-6799 or by completing the form here.

Resort Check-In

My Disney Experience is your guide to the magic, allowing you to manage all aspects of your vacation, such as your resort reservation and check-in.

After booking your resort stay, create an account online here, or by downloading the free My Disney Experience app. Next, go to "My Plans" and link your resort stay using the confirmation number you received at the time of booking. 

Once linked, complete the Early Check-In process so you can go directly to your room upon arrival and avoid visiting the Front Desk. Additionally, you can set room preferences, request a check-in time* for your arrival, and get notified when your room is ready. You can even use the app to unlock your room door!

* Requests will be accommodated in the order they are received and are subject to resort availability.

Getting Around

If you haven't already, decide how you'll get around Disney property during your stay. Disney offers a variety of complimentary transportation services, like buses and water taxis, although personal transportation is ideal, especially for the wedding events.

If you choose to rely on Disney resort transportation for your stay, always allow for 90 minutes of travel time to your destinations, as transfers will likely be required.

On the day of the wedding, guests must arrive at Disney's Wedding Pavilion by 1:30PM, meaning those using Disney transportation must depart their hotels no later than noon to arrive on time.

If your party is not renting a personal vehicle, you may also utilize on-demand services like Uber or Lyft. These must be booked directly with the service provider, and it is recommended to book your trip to the wedding in advance to guarantee availability and on-time arrival.

In the coming days, an itinerary will be posted for guests wishing to spend time with the couple on the days leading up to and following the wedding. Be on the lookout for another email when it's released!

Some activities will have limited capacity and require individual RSVP's to participate. Review the itinerary as soon as it's released so you can reserve your spot when RSVP's open a few days later.
