Music can help us find our own inner sound, and our inner stillness, silence, and deep inner peace. When we experience inner silence, peace of mind comes, and with that our innate healing response is also activated. The intent of the music of "Peace in Every Moment" is to be a bridge to cross over into that focused state of mindfulness, and then experience the stilling of the mind and relax into the present meditative moment of inner peace within ourselves. The album as a whole is to inspire the inner journey: to experience relaxation and rest, and a sense of deep abiding peace.
Multi-instrumentalist Tom Moore and violinist Tim Sadow take you on a journey into quieting the mind and experiencing the meditative present moment of inner peace within ourselves. Outer peace begins with inner peace.
