All Registration forms are now available online. When you go to our website (pei4h.ca) there are 4 categories to choose from for your Member or Volunteer Registration. Please review the section that applies to you as there is a complete list of what is required for each type of registration. There are new Waivers and forms for each type of participant so please review closely!
4-H PEI is a registered Charity of Choice for the Virtual Bluenose Marathon November 6-8, 2020. If you are interested in registering for any of the run distances, please click the button below.
When you register, you can choose to make a donation to 4-H PEI directly or you can choose to create a fundraising team!

4-H considers the safety and well-being of 4-H youth members its top priority. The Youth Safety Reporting System for 4-H in Canada enables leaders, volunteers, and staff to conveniently submit Activity Plan and Incident Report forms directly to their provincial organization. The secure system can be accessed from a computer or mobile device without the need for an account.
Please refer to the reference guides for direction on when to complete an Activity Plan or Incident Report form, and a step by step guide to completing the form.
