MORE ON BLUE CARD
We have recently run a Blue Card report and some of you would already have received an email asking you to update your details. A reminder to those that have renewed cards this year that you need to log in and update your details. Currently there are few anomalies and missing data:
- Update your card number and new expiry date
- Enter your current organisation details
- Organisation 1 is your primary organisation and Organisation 2 is the linked organisation.
- If your card was obtained via AFLTUA you need to link to AFLQ.
- If you got the card via AFLQ and you are an approved member of AFLTUA, you need to also link that card to AFLTUA - Contact Pieta for the forms.
- If you have a card from an organisation outside of AFL e.g. for work or uni/school etc, this would be your primary organisation. You still need to link that card with AFLQ and if you have been approved for AFLTUA membership you need to link with our organisation as well.
We realise this is quite convoluted, but they are the rules ! And being a year of transition makes it a little bit more confusing, so please don't hesitate to contact Pieta or Kimberley if you have questions or need assistance.
Could we now ask that those with blue cards to log in and double check their data and update where necessary. So you have a weeks grace, after that, any not updated will be followed up individually!
