I have shifted my focus this season, from the interior and lifestyle space to holiday gifts; focusing on big, small and everything in between. It is that time of year when we are all searching high and low for special something’s for all of our special someone’s. So I thought I’d give you some help by putting together a round up of really great items that can work for the in-laws, your sisters, brothers, lovers, bosses, mentors, clients, children & friends. I was even going to include the dog, but ran out of steam…

I think now more than ever, it is important to be conscious of where we choose to spend our dollars. So if you can, try and support local & independent. Shop small, vintage and second-hand. I for one, know how hard it can be, looking for meaningful gifts that somehow encapsulate how you feel for that special person, but I have come to realize the price tag often has very little to do with the success of a gift.
