Don't sweat the small stuff
You may remember the bestselling book of the same name back in the 1990's, helping people overcome worry and anxiety. I used to have a copy but seem to have lost it during one of my myriad moves. However, I was recently reminded of the topic. Whenever we're feeling anxious, worried, overwhelmed, it's a sign we're disconnected from our inner being, from God. Our inner being, which is also called our highest self, our soul, our Monad. This self is the one with the highest perspective of our current life and past lives. It's usually our ego mind, that overpowers our inner knowing with fears and doubts. When in such a state, the beautiful spiritual beings of the highest light always advise to detach, take a step back and breathe. Try to have a moment alone, and if too agitated to sit in meditation, just be quiet and still, and ask your guides to help you gain a higher perspective on the situation. After all, we are spiritual beings having a human experience and this human lifetime is fleeting in the grand existence of our souls. We're here on our Earth school to learn, to grow, and to help our souls evolve to higher levels. When you replace "why is this happening to me?" to "what is this trying to teach me?" everything shifts.
