On Saturday, March 19th in support of St. Paul's Baptist Church of Richmond, VA, I will be joining an esteemed panel to help parents better communicate and connect with their teens. No registration is required for this virtual event at noon, and is open to ALL.  
 
The next Raising Confident Daughters Course begins on Sunday, March 20th. Excited to build more relationships with fathers and families who are dedicated to setting the conditions for their daughter to excel as a young woman!

Humbled to have been invited and interviewed by Richard Kaufman, Vertical Momentum Resiliency Podcast on March 8th.  If you were not able to listen live, click here for the YouTube recording. Great conversation about leadership, having a vision for your family and enabling your daughters to excel while recognizing their self-worth as they mature into young women.
 
Thoroughly enjoyed the roundtable discussion at Queen Bea's Royal Apparel, Books and Café in Virginia Beach on Saturday, March 12th. We talked about raising adults (not children), shared stories about our sons and daughters and offered advice to each other on techniqes to empower our kids early so they own their decisions and actions when older. 
 
I also want to congratulate Vernon Crawley, the latest dad to complete the Raising Confident Daughters Course (Class 01-22).  So proud of the Crawley's and their commitment to being the best parents they can for their teenage daughter,

27 Years in the Books!
 
There are a lot of things in my life I am proud of, but none more so then when I said "I do" on March 11th, 1995 and entered into marriage with my soul mate. This past week we were able to celebrate 27 years together, of which I enjoyed every bit of it (except for maybe a few things) ... but without doubt am looking forward to (at least) 27 more with the love of my life!!
