The wisdom of knowing when to retreat |
It's been a couple of months since you last heard from us here at Be the Earth, and what a couple of months it has been! We have been remembering to flow with the rhythm of what is needed at any given moment, and recent moments have called for our attention to be invested inwardly. We have been taking sanctuary in our hive, working behind the scenes to transform all of our beautiful pollen into honey (this of course, is an ongoing process), and prepare ourselves to take flight (quite literally) for an exciting upcoming experience! 🐝 We'll share more on that in the next newsletter, but for this month, we have some wonderful events and courses to share with you, along with an inspiring story and our monthly message from the stars. |

Blossom Impact Accelerator Final Pitch Event |
The first ever cohort of our Blossom Impact Accelerator is nearing its end! 13 amazing businesses have been through almost 4 months together and are preparing for the final pitch event on November 29 2022 at Mission Kitchen. They will each be pitching their business for a chance to win grant funding from Be the Earth, as well as to pique the interest of investors, experts and potential customers. If you are interested in the UK food and farming sectors, register your interest to join us at the event. There will be networking, food, drinks and the pitches, of course! *Please note: this is to register your interest and does not guarantee you a place at the event. We will aim to get back to you within 72 hours to confirm the sign up details. Spaces are limited. |

Course at the Dartington Trust: Transformative Action Flourishing in Uncertain TimesFebruary 20th-24th 2023 |
"So many of us would love to live in a more just and beautiful world, but in trying to do something about it, become frustrated and disappointed. With the best of intentions, we engage to change the world, but our action often becomes bogged down in overworking, mission statements, strategies, outcomes, evaluation plans, reports and management systems." Fortunately, with so many becoming aware of this, we are now able to change the way we are going about 'change'. We are learning to soften our hearts and practice feminine principles of receptivity, allowing more joy, flourishing and thriving. This course is for all who wish to actively contribute to creating a different world, in every single way imaginable. You are invited to join Satish Kumar, June Mitchell and Eve Annecke in remembering your story, your dreams of the experience of being human on Earth at this time. |

"I am of a long lineage of strong- fragile women who worked and worked and loved and loved so much, that there was little left over for themselves. My work is to build on and re-affirm their gifts to me." Linda, one of our Aura fellows, shares about her career in Journalism and the importance of curiosity and storytelling. "Understanding or being open to each other’s stories help us connect and illuminates what we did not or could not see and, in this way, we co-create new meaning." Check out her full story below! |

✨ Astrological Insights for November ✨with Bruna Maia |

Eclipse Season has arrived and these cycles are known to be change catalysts in our lives! During this New Moon, Venus, the planet of relationship, connection & affection is conjunct with the Moon & the Sun in Scorpio. This conjunction is asking us to take a closer look at how we relate to intimacy, our sense of vulnerability, and deep connections. This is the time to reassess old psychological patterns that no longer serve you (in your relationships). 2 Important dates to note during this Scorpio Season: Since the Moon is casting a shadow over the Sun, we might not see the full picture of what we’re meant to shift. However, more will be illuminated during the Lunar Eclipse and throughout the next 6 months... |
