It was a Big Summer!

Introducing, the newly married, Mr. and Mrs. McDonald-Bergene!

For most of this year, I chose to dedicate my energy to our upcoming wedding. It was important to us to bask in every moment of our wedding planning, ceremony, and honeymoon.

I am so happy we did!

It is not often in life that you have the chance to take a break, focus on what life is truly about (family), and relax.

And, I feel proud that the business I have created with my art has allowed me to press pause so I could enjoy this moment to the fullest! Thank you for all your support! I am truly grateful.

After allowing myself the chance to recover from the wedding, honeymoon, and our first battle with Covid (we're okay), my creativity has been at an all-time high. I have been full of artistic ideas - and better yet - have had the mental energy to take them on!

It's been a lot of fun.

And, actually, it's been a big relief after so much time away...

If you have been following me on Instagram, you have seen a few new illustrations (mostly of cats and elephants) and my newest craft (fringe earrings). Soon, I will share even more - but I am trying to pace myself.
