This film is the most viewed and talked about film in Boulder and its surrounding areas. “This is [Not] Who We Are,” explores Boulder’s progressive-presenting image with the realities and lived experiences of its Black residents. The film portrays the historical and contemporary issues of land use, affordability, policing, and educational equity – all within the Boulder context; a context that extends to like cities and municipalities.
