With Covid19 crisis keeping us at home we have more training options available that include online training and Zoom conferences for practical check off as well as live training.  It is the perfect opportunity to expand your career by joining a Network of Pro-Active TherHab Fitness Providers!

With social distancing, we need to stay connected not only to our members but to our senior communities!
Ideas:
Offer online classes or workshops
Send Cards
leave a "fitness Kit" for clients to pick up
Call to Check on people
offer a Zoom social event
Of course, continue to offer your classes online
 

 
Online Class Offerings
 
 Many providers moved their entire program of TherHab Fitness Classes
online! Creating more options for members to stay fit and well while maintaining membership!  This allows for a video library which is a great resource for patient's discharging from PT, providing solutions to non-adherence to a home exercise program!

Getting back into Action!
Providers are beginning to prepare to safely begin to offer in-house classes.  
Some ideas include:
Small classes outdoors with social distancing
Small classes with the requirement to sign up in advance
Beginning with YogaHab, ChiHab and CoreHab (they do not require aerobics)
Continue to offer live classes
