Consider learning something new. Our beginning home decor class can refresh your home. Our beginner garment classes will give you the skills to use a sewing machine and construct simple garments. You can learn on school provided machines (or your own, if you have one) and have a new skirt to add to your wardrobe. The school is offering an intermediate class in April and May. This is an 8 week class. In it you will learn all the details of a shirt with a convertible collar, long sleeves, a continuous bound placket, cuffs, buttons and buttonholes. There are quite a few students that are ready for this class. February has been a very busy month here at the school. Some of our classes are full and a few have waiting lists. It is so much fun teaching so many students who have so much enthusiasm for sewing and for our classes. Come take a class and see what the buzz is all about. Big Hugs, Marguerite |
