First we'd like to say a big Thank You to everyone who managed to get their Christmas orders in early, last year was busier than we've ever been and getting the orders in early, meant we could fulfil a lot more right up to Christmas Eve! So sorry to those of you who weren't able to get your orders in before the deadline, this year we're hoping we won't have to shut of the Christmas orders off quite so early and that we will be able to fulfil even more. Wedding Cakes We're now taking wedding bookings and with restrictions easing have also resumed our in person tasting session. Give us a call or send a message for more details and in case you didn't know, we also supply our rum cakes to other wedding cake makers who arent able to bake rum cakes, so if you already have a wedding cake maker booked, but fancy having a rum cake tier (who wouldn't?!) Get in touch with us and we'll tell you how. |

New Recipe Chocolate Rum Cake We've changed the recipe for our chocolate rum cake and now use Mount Gay rum which we feel compliments the recipe a lot better. We've also added pockets of chocolate rum syrup to the cake, for a more chocolaty flavour!
