SEARCH HOMES     ABOUT BEND      MARKET STATS     BACHELOR WEBCAM

Over the past week it seems like the market has been heating up a bit and showing signs of an early rush during this Spring. Affordable homes in Bend and Redmond are going very quickly (350-550k) while higher price points (800k+) have slowed a bit during the Winter months. In conversations with my Buyers looking to break into the market, it sounds like many are starting to pivot their focus from location to affordability of homes that fit their needs as prices continue to rise. I predict a surge of residents in Redmond, LaPine, Terrebbonne or any affordable developments on the East side, as people are priced out of Bend. For Sellers, this Spring is shaping up to be one of the best markets we've ever seen. If there ever was a time to sell, this may be it and you might want to review your options to see if it makes sense for you. Give me a call if you'd like some guidance and insights!   -Greg
