Luke's Fundraiser! "Take Off is a brilliant charity that have supported me since 2017 they are great at what they do. They provide me with the tools I need for mental well-being, structure, routine and resilience as well as practical life skills such as learning to cook. Their peer led system is very supportive, inclusive, effective & reliable. They have made a massive positive impact on my quality of life ,helping to remove the stigma around depression. Spread the word Feedback from families has told us that parents do not always feel listened to in our hospitals, and we would like to invite service users, birthing partners and their families to attend one of our Community and Family Voices sessions.
