Hi! It’s been a busy week of hustling to get the word out about my book, "Hanukkah in Your Hands."

Thank you to those of you who have ordered and welcome to new subscribers! This is a newsletter of some business and life updates with and new cartoons.

I’ve been to the post office basically every day holding up the line - yes, sorry, I’m that person. But it means people are getting my book in their hands and that makes me happy! If you want a print book, order soon to get one in time for Hanukkah!

This isn’t alll about my book so I also have a doodle about the downsides of being a digital nomad. I haven’t had an apartment since I moved out of mine in Brooklyn on August 31. And, I also have a doodle about my enemies in Brooklyn. They aren’t why I left, I promise, the lease just ended! 

The hangover in the headline is because of an awesome wedding I went to last night. I'll share my doodle of the happy couple soon!

Downsides of being a digital nomad

After my lease ended, the new apartment I wanted wasn’t ready. It took WAY longer than I expected. I’m still able to work for Business Insider remotely, so I thought it could be a fun opportunity to bop around a bit and try being a digital nomad. (Doodle coming soon of the SEVEN places I’ve stayed!!) I thought I might also save money! It turns out it’s been more uncomfortable than I expected and I don’t think I’ve saved much at all..

Brooklyn nemeses

My last apartment was in Brooklyn and I made some enemies along the way. Rats and laundry have been an ongoing problem for me.
