ASA Books Is Still Celebrating Women's History

All Month Long, All Year Long

Your History. My History. Our History.

Happy Women's History Month

From ASA BOOKS

For the month of March, ASA Books has been sharing fun facts about incredible women who have changed the game throughout the course of history, proving that women are history makers, movers and shakers. From Marie Van Brittan Brown, a nurse and innovator, who, in 1966, invented a video home security system. To Mary Robinson, who goes down in history as the seventh President of Ireland and the first woman ever to hold the office in the history of the country. To Patricia Era Bath, an American ophthalmologist, inventor, humanitarian, and academic who invented an improved a device for laser cataract surgery. Her invention was called Laserphaco Probe, which she patented in 1986.

This month, through our social media platforms we are sharing a few times a week, fun facts about famous women who have impacted all of our lives. We hope you get to check us out on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ASA-Books-LLC-Childrens-Books-111940283992287  and our Instagram page: solongerobinson54 and kweenquay.
