MAY 2024

newsletter

We are excited about the connections we made in May. We had the opportunity to share space with fearless women leaders in the philanthropy sector at the 'Staying Fearless: Supporting Equity in an Era of Backlash' DC event at the top of the month. Our first in-person meet & greet was held mid-month in Richmond, VA. One of our board members* traveled to Charlottesville, VA to speak to how we are reimagining philanthropy. We ended the month with a dope conversation filled with gems on building donor relationships.

Special shoutout and thanks to the women, femmes who made May eventful:

Amanda Liaw, Mary Kwak, Shannon Jeffries, Tobi Shannon, Margaret Chapman, Erika Schmale, Bianca Myrick, Natisha Knight*, Abbey Philips, Sarah Jane Brubaker, Kheila Jones, Dr. Shantell Chambliss, Hanh Le, Melody Webb, Tamira Benitez.
