Today we are starting on a journey of being consistent with something different every 24 days. It's my take on New Year's Resolutions for 2024.
A reminder for how it works? I want you to start thinking about your top 15 things you want to work on. These can be very simple – maybe something you do most of the time but want to really dial in or something you have wanted to dabble in more. A few on my list are: Meditate for 5 minutes/day, read for 15 minutes, practice gratitude by writing down 5 things I’m grateful for, and walking on the beach. Some of these will come easy, some I already do sporadically, and some will be a challenge to make happen 24 days in a row. You'll then pick one habit to start with and commit to doing it for 24 days in a row. With 15 habits done every 24 days, we land at 360 days. This is my 24-Day Project for 2024 and I want to invite you along for the ride.
How to start? If you haven't already, please download the 24-Day Project worksheet to start writing down some habits you want to work on. You don't have to have all 15 figured out yet. This is just a place to start and can surely change as we go throughout the year.
You'll also want to start your first new habit today. I'll follow up with tips throughout the year for how we can stick to our 24-days of being consistent. I can't wait to see what small, yet significant, changes we make this year!
