CONGREGATIONAL LIFE & MEMBERSHIP

CAMARADERIE AT THE CONCERT

SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS: CO-CHAIR NEEDED

Trusting in God and the vaccines, we are expecting to have a full Spirit of Christmas celebration on Saturday, December 10, 2022 with NCPC again taking a major role along with the City of New Castle and the New Castle Historical Society.  For 2022, we want to start early and in an orderly fashion to get our plans, houses, sales, refreshments, music and theater events, and Santas in line. We are looking for a special volunteer to serve as co-organizer with Steve Martin, who worked on it last year. Please consider if you would want to take a leadership role in this.  It is a wonderful community service of the Church, and, for the organizers, it is a great way to learn more about the City.  If you are interested, please speak to Pastor Miriam.  If you want to know more about what may be involved, email Steve (martin@udel.edu) or call him at 302-354-4428.

BLUE ROCKS WITH NCPC

The Blue Rocks won 7-4, and we stayed hydrated on a 90-degree day. Wins all around! Thanks to everyone who came and cheered on Mr. Celery, Rocky Bluewinkle, and the home team.

We look forward to organizing another game later in the summer. Stay tuned for more information from Congregational Life!
