A Season of Giving

With all of the hustle and bustle of the holidays, today is great day to be generous and thoughtful in our giving. Who can you serve today? Who can you help today? Let's be those who show the love and kindness of Jesus to those around us. 

One of the ways that Plaza has chosen to give, is packing shoe boxes and sending them out to children around the world. We partner with Samaritans purse, in their program called "Operation Christmas Child." If you would like to bless a child with a Christmas gift, this is a wonderful way to do so. 

We have boxes available at church, or you can pick one up from Hobby Lobby. The last Sunday we will collect boxes will be Sunday November 22.

64th Anniversary

Plaza Bible Church turned 64 this year! Is'nt that amazing?! God has been faithful to each one of us, and I truly believe he won't stop now. We have a bright future because God is with us.

During October, we had a wonderful celebration together, with baptisms, special guests, delicious food, and even a new T-shirt. Speaking of T-shirts, we still have a few available at church, reach out and we can get you one!

This November, our message series has been about peace. We have explored how to overcome anxiety, how to be content, and this weekend will discuss how to make things right, when relationships have gone wrong. 

 I truly believe that the peace of God is available to each one of us. If you need God's help, provision, grace, or peace, reach out to Him, he is a good good father. 

We are reminded in Psalms 29:11

“the Lord gives strength to his people, the Lord blesses his people with peace.”
