TOPIC: LET’S GET ORGANIZED
From now until the day after the Nov. 5 th election we have a lot of work cut out for us. This meeting is critical for our party and election success. Good turnout is crucial as we will be asking for people to Chair certain activities that are coming up. Those Chairman also need volunteers. This is the time for those of you who hope to be future leaders of our county party to step up. Many of you joined the party the night of the “Relaunch”….we need you at this meeting and taking an active part in our party. We also encourage those members who have always stepped up to be here for us again this year. We will have signup sheets and hope to have a Chairman for every event or job before we close our meeting.Just a few of the opportunities for volunteering are:
Memorial Day and 4 th of July Parades
Staffing our headquarters
Speaker Events at Headquarters June-October
County Fair Booth
GOTV – doors and lit drop
Sept 17th Constitution Day and Annual Fall Potluck
Each of these events have a multitude of things to do to get them accomplished. Those of us who have been doing this for years will be there for guidance, but WE NEED NEW PEOPLE to be the future of this county party.
