Comparing Fluences with TrajectoryLog.NET

TrajectoryLog.NET Part II: Visualizing Fluences with OxyPlot

In a previous post, TrajectoryLog.NET, an open-source API that allowed for the interpretation of TrueBeam and Halcyon Trajectory Logs, was introduced. Within the library, several public methods are dedicated to facilitating the analysis of Trajectory Log files. In this post, the BuildFluence() method will be introduced, providing examples of visualizing fluence and conducting fluence analysis.

Eclipse Web service application programming interface

Dr. Zou and Dr. Yu present the development and implementation of the Eclipse Web Service API (EWSAPI), designed for low-coupling, seamless integration of multiple systems in smart radiotherapy. Utilizing a Service-Oriented Architecture and implemented in C# on ASP.NET Core 6.0, EWSAPI enables network calls to Eclipse functionalities. These operations enhance Eclipse's capabilities by supporting asynchronous invocation for tasks such as data quality control, plan automation, and DICOM RT file transmission, thus promoting flexible and extensible integration with other systems in clinical radiotherapy settings. TrajectoryLog.NET: An open-source API for the interpretation of Linear Accelerator Trajectory Logs

The TrajectoryLog.NET repository is a compact class library that interprets Varian Trajectory Logs allowing for a few visualization and analysis method implementations. These methods include converting the Trajectory Log to a CSV, Building a fluence matrix from the MLC positions, and Publishing a PDF of analysis results.
