Microsoft Teams Guide

If this is your first time using Microsoft Teams, we have included some information to help you join our meeting.

You can access the meeting either through a computer/laptop, or a mobile phone/tablet. Below, you can find the instructions for either method if you have not used Teams before.

Accessing by computer / laptop

1. Click the blue link above to join the meeting
2. Click 'Continue on this browser'
3. Follow the instructions, enter your name and click 'Join now'
4. Someone will let you into the meeting when it begins

Accessing by phone / tablet / iPad

1. Click the blue link above
2. You will have to download the Teams App by following the instructions
3. Once downloaded, click 'open'
   1. Alternatively, once downloaded, click the blue link above again
4. Enter your name and click 'join meeting'
5. Someone will let you into the meeting when it begins
