Hello! September is here, and I AM SO EXCITED. Mainly because I love fall, and I'm sick of this southern US humidity. Anyway, September is a fun month because of the start of fall, our wedding anniversary (SIX years of marriage on September 6th...so we're getting Italian food and ice cream to celebrate), Jason's birthday, and this year, we're moving. Therefore, I have quite a busy month ahead, so authoring won't be a priority this month as I have to pack 138912823038208 boxes, but it's all good. I'll be back full-swing in October. Ha. I'm currently working on some revisions based on what I feel TPoSS #1 needs AND with confirmation from an editor from a contest I entered this spring. I'm SO excited about this slightly new direction with my story (mainly upping the personal stakes). It's essentially the same story...but better, ha. I'm also working through Draft #2 of TPoSS 2! My CP has also started going through the edited bits, and let me tell ya, she's the BEST. That is all. Annnd as usual, I'm hosting LIVE writing sprints on my YouTube channel every Tues/Thurs from 8:30 - 10:30 am EST. Hope to see you there! |

I put it on the back burner for now, of course. And then there's Parachute. I listened to them back in the day, but I didn't realize they came out with this Wide Awake album back in 2016. And now I listen to the entire thing on repeat most days, ha. "Without You" and "Waking Up" are probably my favorites. |
