July 10th from 12:30-3:30 at Chariho Plaza with the United Way 211 RV In partnership with the town of Richmond’s Human Services Department, we will be giving away free bags of seasonal local produce to anyone who stops by, while supplies last. This month’s produce is provided by Our Kids Farm, 555 Gardner Road, Exeter. If any farms or backyard growers with a surplus of produce would like to participate, we are having another produce pop-up August 14th as well as other projects in the works bringing healthy food to residents. We are still adding to our Neighborhood Growers list of local farm stands. If interested click link below to add your information. Email Amy@charihoyouth.org with any questions! |

The Chariho Youth Task Force was founded over 13 years ago by Chariho Middle School students and is now a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization doing work across our community to improve health and wellness. Our mission is to educate, empower, and engage youth and adults in order to create a sense of community, to promote wellness, and to sustain opportunity for Chariho voices to be heard.
